NTLab specializes in the designing of mixed-signal and RF ASICs and Systems-on-Chip.

We provide design services and turn-key solutions from early system specification to qualified silicon and take care of the supply chain during product lifetime.
NTLab is a vertically integrated microelectronics design center. It has 70+ experienced and qualified engineers.

We offer a wide range of silicon proven analog/mixed-signal IPs in different technology nodes 22 nm, 28nm, 40nm, 55nm, 65nm, 90 nm, 0.13 µm, 0.18 µm, 0.25 µm and 0.35µm of CMOS, BiCMOS, SiGe BiCMOS processes.

Our own silicon-proven IP blocks range covers:
Power Management, Data Converters, Sensors, RF Font-Ends, Processor Cores, Interfaces and high-frequency PHYs, etc., thus allowing customized design to be fast and predictable. In-company unique combination of competences in analog, mixed-signal, digital and embedded software enables NTLab to participate in the projects that require deep research and utilize most sophisticated and advanced techniques: multi-system
GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/BeiDou/NavIC(IRNSS)/QZSS/SBAS navigation, RF ID, wireless communications, IoT, etc.
All designed ICs are provided with test and development tools, as well as with reference software.

NTLab has a design office and RF measurement laboratory in Vilnius, the Lithuania and a design office in Warsaw, the Poland.

Milestones

  • 2024 - Advancement into Ultra-Low Tech Nodes Below 12nm Recognized as a key IP vendor by a top semiconductor foundry, NTLab gained access to cutting-edge technology processes, marking its entry into ultra-low tech nodes.
  • 2023 - HAS-enabled Receiver Development Partnering with the European Agency for the Space Program (EUSPA), NTLab began developing a GNSS receiver with the Galileo High Accuracy System feature.
  • 2022 - Return to Automotive Sector In collaboration with an automotive vendor, NTLab developed best-selling IPs on the TSMC process, meeting automotive Grade 1 standards and achieving first silicon production run success.
  • 2018 - Enhancement in GNSS Technology With EU funding, NTLab developed advanced algorithms, ASICs, and hardware for high-precision RTK and anti-jamming modules aimed at the consumer market.
  • 2016 - Foray into the Medical Market Partnering with the medical sector, NTLab developed batteryless implantable electronics, a revolutionary step in remote patient treatment used in European clinics.
  • 2016 - Expansion into IP Sales Leveraging its extensive ASIC design experience, NTLab entered the IP sales market, enhancing its revenue streams through international marketplaces.
  • 2016 - Launch of First ASIC Product A versatile, single-chip 4-channel all-bands receiver front-end was released, offering flexible configurations and superior inter-channel isolation.
  • 2013 - Growth in RFID/NFC Projects NTLab launched numerous proprietary products ranging from NFC readers to UHF tags, achieving a remarkable 15m reading distance.
  • 2008 - Expansion in RFID/NFC Technology NTLab embarked on several UHF RFID projects, including the development of secure, batteryless solutions that marked an advancement in RFID/NFC technology.
  • 2008 - Launch of Digital Navigation Processor The company introduced a digital navigation processor ASIC, significantly enhancing its GNSS capabilities and allowing it to build complete GNSS receiver solutions on its own chipsets.
  • 2005 - Introduction of RFID Technology NTLab ventured into Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) applications, pioneering new designs and solutions in this area.
  • 2003 - First Dual-System Receiver NTLab achieved a breakthrough by developing the world's first single-chip analog front-end ASIC capable of simultaneously receiving GLONASS and GPS signals.
  • 2001 - Entry into GNSS Field NTLab expanded into the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) sector, setting the stage for future innovations in navigation technology.
  • 2000 - Company Launch: NTLab in RISC Processors Founded in 2000, NTLab began its operations focusing on the development of Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) processors.
