NT1065 4-CHANNEL GNSS FE ASIC

NT1065 is a 4-channel RF FE for simultaneous  reception of GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/BeiDou/NavIC/QZSS GNSS and also satellite-based augmentation system (SBAS) including OmniSTAR signals of various frequency bands L1/L2/L3/L5/E1/E5a /E5b /E6/ B1/B2/B3.

Galileo E5 band as well as BeiDou B1/B2/B3 (phase 3) band can be obtained as entire signal with two channels fed by the same LO and then restored in digital domain to true complex data. As a benefit one can discover wide possibilities of improving the positioning accuracy down to centimeter range without taking RTK technique.

Each setting, including output signal frequency bandwidth, AGC options, mirror channel suppression option and etc., can be set for every channel individually. NT1065 includes two fully independent frequency synthesizers. Channel#1 and channel#2 are supplied with LO signal generated in PLL “A” while PLL “B” is assigned for channels #3 and #4. For specific applications there is the option that feeds all four channels with single LO source from PLL “A”.

This powerful toolkit is accompanied with very simple and easy-to-use register map. Owing to its functionality, NT1065 ensures high precision GNSS positioning for wide variety of applications.

NT1065_EVK EVALUATION KIT

NT1065_EVK2 is an evaluation platform for performance and capabilities demonstration of NT1065: 4-channel GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/BeiDou/NavIC/QZSS L1, L2, L3, L5, E1, E5a, E5b, E6, B1, B2, B3 bands RF FE. It is suitable the most for in-lab examining with measurement equipment like spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, network analyzer and etc., but also it has connectors for wiring to external development platforms.

NT1065_USB3 EVALUATION KIT

NT1065_USB3 is an evaluation platform for performance and capabilities demonstration of NT1065: 4-channel GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/BeiDou/NavIC/QZSS L1, L2, L3, L5, E1, E5a, E5b, E6, B1, B2, B3 bands RF Front End. It includes USB3 data converter thus allowing user to process captured satellite signals on a PC. Data rate is configurable and may be as high as 800 Mbps (200 Mbps per channel).

NT1065_FMC EVALUATION KIT

NT1065_FMC2 is a FPGA Mezzanine Card intended to demonstrate performance and capabilities of NT1065: 4-channel GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/BeiDou/NavIC/QZSS L1, L2, L3, L5, E1, E5a, E5b, E6, B1, B2, B3 bands RF FE. All outputs and controls are routed to FMC connector, which allows user to mount FPGA Mezzanine Card to any compatible FPGA in order to build his own system prototype with the platform he has already got used to work with.

  • Every channel individual RF input with active antenna supply option
  • External reference frequency input (TCXO)
  • FMC LPC connector compatible to PicoZed FMC Carrier V2 and FPGA development boards: ZC706/ML605/ Arria V GX and others boards with LPC or HPC connector
